  • Yes! I offer an all-in-one service. No need to hire separate freelancers—branding, copywriting, and design are all handled under one roof to ensure consistency across your site.

  • No, clients are responsible for covering the cost of Squarespace hosting, along with any additional charges for premium features or services they choose to add.

  • After your website is launched, I provide 30 days of support to ensure everything runs smoothly. This includes fixing any bugs, making minor tweaks, and answering any questions you have about managing your new website. This does not include changing the design or adding additional pages.

  • Absolutely! Your website will be built on an easy-to-use platform (Squarespace), so you can make updates on your own if you need to. If you ever need help, I’ll be available for 30-day support or you can book me for future updates.

  • Once your application is approved, you can choose to pay the full amount upfront or make a partial payment to secure your spot. Payment flexibility makes it easier to get started!

  • If your organization requires a larger site with more pages, we can discuss a custom package to meet your specific needs and add the necessary time to get it done.

  • Due to the highly personalized and fast-paced nature of the VIP Production Week, refunds are not available. However, I ensure you are 100% involved throughout the entire process! You’ll have up to two revisions during the design phase to provide feedback and request changes, ensuring your website aligns with your vision. My ultimate goal is to deliver a website you love, and I work closely with you at every step to achieve that. Plus, I offer 30 days of post-launch support to assist with any adjustments you may need after the site is live.
