Half-Week Production ($624):
Receive 4 hours of dedicated design time, ideal for website refreshes, individual pages, or critical updates that need quick attention. This focused work is spread over a few days, ensuring your project is completed efficiently within the 4-hour timeframe.

Full-Week Production ($1247):
Receive 8 hours of dedicated design time, perfect for larger projects such as building 3-4 page websites or multi-page designs, all tailored to your unique vision and business needs. This is a full week of focused work, ensuring your project is completed efficiently within the 8-hour timeframe.

⭐ Squarespace Website VIP Week

All clients start with at least one full VIP Week. This includes a Homepage Website Reveal with 2-3 additional website pages built out within 7 days. This will require clients to have all homework and design files submitted prior to starting.

Pre-Branding (FREE)

For clients without a visual brand identity, I offer a basic package including a wordmark logo (no graphics or icons), color palette selection, and typography. This service includes NO revisions as this is to help you get started with ease.

Web Punch VIP Day

For prior clients seeking design assistance for their website. Perfect for checking off those extra to-dos which can include adding more pages, changing colors, & other web tasks you need assistance with. Varies between full or half day, depending on your specific needs.

Tech Software Setup VIP Day

For clients who need more than 30 minutes to complete technical setup. A half or full day will be dedicated to concentrate on building your systems and integrating essential tools necessary to complete your website. This may involve transferring data and configuring settings.

When you book a VIP Session, you're reserving a set amount of my dedicated time to focus solely on your pre-discussed website goals. To ensure we stay on track and make the most of our time, no new tasks can be added during this period.

The only guaranteed deliverable is a website design completed based on what was originally discussed and agreed upon. You'll witness the progress of my work unfolding before your eyes throughout our time together. Keep in mind, the extent of work completed depends on your prompt responses to messages, thorough completion of homework beforehand, and the number of revisions requested during our time together.

1. Book Your VIP Session

We’ll schedule a session after receiving your VIP application form. Remember, you'll have one to two weeks of homework to complete before our session together. Make sure you're able to respond efficiently during our scheduled time together, avoiding dates where your time is limited. Secure your date with a 50% deposit or pay in full.

2. Complete Your VIP Homework

Once you've secured your date, you'll receive your VIP homework questionnaire depending on your needs. It's crucial to complete all homework before our session so I can kickstart your project with a bang! Your homework will be reviewed before our session followed by strategy call and any additional questions or requests that may surface.

3. See Your VIP Website Unfold

Your VIP Session is here. Throughout our time together, we'll maintain constant communication primarily via email. I'll provide screenshots for your review & give access to view the website live.

4. Enjoy 30 Days of VIP Support

After our session, you'll receive an additional 30 days of follow-up support via email. If you encounter any challenges related to the work I've completed, feel free to reach out. My goal is to empower you with the tools at your disposal, allowing you to focus on other aspects of your business- website stress free.

  • Payments are setup as pay in full or a 50% deposit to book your VIP Day and the remainder is due 24 hours prior to the start of your session.

  • Following your VIP Day, I provide 30 days of complimentary email support for work already completed. This support is not for initiating new work, but rather for addressing any unforeseen issues or concerns that may arise after our session. Additionally, with all VIP Days, I offer a easy to understand walk-through on navigating and editing your website, conveniently saved in the backend of your Squarespace website.

  • While completing a branded photoshoot related to your business, showcasing the colors you desire on your website, is highly recommended, it's also possible to utilize stock photos. In such instances, I will curate carefully selected stock photos that align closely with the messaging of your website.

  • Yes. If you do not have any branding or logo ready, I will take your information listed in the questionnaire and create a color palette and a basic wordmark logo. There are no revisions on the logo and only one revision for the color palette. I strive to create something that will match the theme of the website.

    I do recommend using Fiverr or Etsy to find simple branding packages on a budget. If you need help sourcing a solid designer, it will be a $30 service charge.

  • Copywriting is not included in my VIP Website Creation package.

    If you do not provide the text before the VIP Session, I may include “related filler text” to help you fill in the blanks or craft some wording based on the questionnaire responses. As we work through your website, I will also provide a basic edit of your copy if I notice anything that needs attention or correction.

    I can offer a content guide and other resources to assist you. Additionally, I can recommend industry copywriters upon request.

  • Prioritizing this step is highly recommended, especially if you have a specific name in mind. While Squarespace enables direct purchases within the platform, it's more cost-effective to utilize providers like Namecheap and GoDaddy.

    Personally, I've been a long-time user of Namecheap and highly recommend them for their excellent email and live chat support services.

  • Life happens, which is why I offer the courtesy of rescheduling your session at no charge. Please provide at least 7 days' notice if you need to reschedule so that I can accommodate other clients during your original time slot.

    However, if rescheduling becomes a recurring occurrence, a fee of $250 will be applied.

  • I established VIP Work Sessions to optimize both your time and mine. This framework, crafted over years of experience, capitalizes on my strengths, ensuring efficient and rapid website development. I take pride in my expertise, and by choosing this service, you're investing in efficiency, convenience, and top-tier skill.

    However, it's crucial to recognize that the success of our collaboration hinges on mutual effort. Your commitment to completing assigned tasks thoroughly and providing timely feedback during our time together is essential.

  • Due to the highly personalized and fast-paced nature of the VIP Production Week, refunds are not available. However, I ensure you are 100% involved throughout the entire process! You’ll have up to two revisions during the design phase to provide feedback and request changes, ensuring your website aligns with your vision. My ultimate goal is to deliver a website you love, and I work closely with you at every step to achieve that. Plus, I offer 30 days of post-launch support to assist with any adjustments you may need after the site is live.
