Digital downloads & delivery
Bold Scene Co. products are digital files. No physical product will be shipped. Each listing describes the file format, page size, number of pages, and any software or device requirements.
Your order confirmation explains how to access your files after successful payment. Keep your confirmation for reference. If you cannot access a file, use our Contact page and include your order reference.
Personal use
Unless a product listing explicitly states otherwise, your purchase gives you a personal-use license for your own household. You may print copies for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, share the digital files publicly, or present the designs as your own products.
Colors can vary between screens, printers, and paper. Product images illustrate the design; props and devices shown are not included.
Returns & support
Because files can be accessed after delivery, we do not offer change-of-mind returns on delivered digital downloads. Please check a listing's details and requirements before purchasing.
If you receive the wrong file, a duplicate order, or a file that does not work as described, contact us with your order reference and a brief explanation so we can help. This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable law.
Privacy
When you contact us, sign up, or place an order, we may receive information you provide, such as your name, email address, message, and order details. We use that information to respond, provide requested files, and manage orders.
The shop uses FreedomKit for website, customer-management, and email services. Payment information is handled through the payment provider shown at checkout. Please do not send card details, passwords, or other sensitive information in a contact message.
Marketing signup is optional. If you choose to receive marketing emails, you can unsubscribe through the link in those emails. Sending a question does not automatically sign you up for marketing.
Website and service providers may use cookies or similar technologies to support site functionality. Any optional marketing or analytics tracking is described in the related notices and consent settings.
